Early in this in-progress year, Wicked: For Good leads, the sequel to last year's chart-topper, charting in several editions including a two-movie collection. Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale holds at two, carrying over from 2025. The emerging pattern is the premium-format split already entrenched, Predator: Badlands appears across DVD, Blu-ray and 4K, with Sinners and One Battle After Another similarly multi-format. The surprises so far are the British detective and period entries, Hamnet, The Choral and the latest Call the Midwife and Death in Paradise series, plus Doctor Who and Blake's 7 restorations. With the year still unfolding, the chart already points to musicals, franchises and 4K collecting leading the way.
